Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Dispatch.

Paperback orders are packed and handed to the courier within 2 business days of payment — usually sooner. Every parcel is weighed and photographed before it leaves us. You'll receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your parcel ships.

Delivery estimates.

The delivery estimate for your country is shown at checkout, before you pay, and again in your receipt email — that estimate is the one that applies to your order. As a guide:

• India: tracked courier delivery, typically 10–12 days after dispatch.
• Worldwide: tracked international delivery, typically 6–20 days after dispatch depending on the country — the checkout shows the precise window for yours.

These are estimates, not guarantees — customs checks and carrier delays occasionally add time. We watch the tracking on every order and chase anything that stalls. If a parcel is confirmed lost, our Refund & Cancellation Policy covers you with a free replacement or a full refund.

Shipping charges.

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your country and the number of books in your order, and shown — including GST on shipping — before you pay. We never add charges after checkout.

International orders, customs & duties.

International parcels are exported from India with complete, accurate customs declarations. Printed books enter most countries duty-free; in the rare case your country's customs charges an import duty or tax, that charge is the recipient's responsibility. In Pakistan, where we currently can't ship printed books, every volume is available as an ebook instead.

Ebooks.

Ebook orders are delivered by email, usually within minutes of payment, with a secure download link — no shipping charge, nothing physical to wait for. If your ebook hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam folder, then write to us — we'll always make sure you get your files.

Your address.

Please double-check your delivery address and phone number at checkout — the courier uses both. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately: we can correct an address any time before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped, the address can no longer be changed, and a parcel returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address may need to be re-shipped — we may have to charge the shipping for that second journey.

One order, one parcel.

Your books normally travel together in one carton — and if we ever need to split an order across parcels, we'll tell you, and every parcel ships tracked. Before you open a parcel, start recording a continuous unboxing video (from before the tape is cut until every book is out): it's required for any missing-or-damaged claim, as explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
